Share your love for learning

We believe instilling a lifelong love for learning starts early. Instructors play a key role in our student's experiences as they introduce them to new content, build relationships, encourage them to troubleshoot, and inspire them to stay curious and creative.

Be a changemaker

Being a part of the STEM Center USA team carries responsibility and opportunity. In exposing young students to hands-on STEM experiences and helping them exercise their creativity & critical thinking skills, we set them up with the skills they need to succeed in and move our world forever.

Content Training

We train you on the tech! Our instructors come from a diverse background and bring a wealth of knowledge. Just like our students, we'll train you on the tech content!

Join our current staff to get a sense of what we are all about. You'll get a chance to interact with students and staff before leading your own classrooms.

Role Play

Students always have new questions and every classroom is unique! To get you ready, we will role play lessons, interactions, Q&A, and more during training.

We develop leaders from within our team. We want you to grow and we'll grow with you. Most of our team members are with us for two to three years on average.

Most of our team members are collegiate students and have rapidly changing schedules. Our flexible scheduling gives you the support you need.

Our team is awesome! They're accomplished, inspirational, fun, and the best "work family." We learn from one another, lean on one another, and have a blast together.
