Enrollment at STEM Center USA Location
STEM Center USA operates two Locations in Claremont and Rancho Cucamonga. When you enroll your child at a center, the Director will ask you to fill out an online application form, asking for your name, address, telephone number, email address, a second contact, and/or emergency contact. It will also ask for your child's name, date of birth, current grade, schooling status (homeschool, charter, private, public), and any other information necessary to serve your child's education needs. This information is input into a STEM Center USA management system. During your child's enrollment at our center, we will collect information about your child's course progress.

In that case, you will be asked to provide your name, email address, phone number (optional), and location preference. We collect and store this information to communicate with you and send you the orientation information you have requested. We will use this information to send you a reminder email and text as your orientation date approaches.
If you request our newsletter through the website, you will be asked to provide your name and email address. We may use this information to send you various marketing information periodically.
